God Is Bigger Than Your Cancer

God is bigger than any tumor, He loves you more than any doctor and He knows how your body works better than any
doctor. Again these words echo in my mind and heart. Because once again the doctors have said to me, "You have
cancer" I have done this cancer fight once, why am I doing it again? I have come to believe that it is for me to share
what I did with the family more than I did when I beat cancer 10 years ago. As I sit here 57% of men and 43% of
women will have cancer in their lifetime. How many are my brothers and sisters and they are going home too early and
before their work is finished?
I would like to share with you and you share with any one else - God is bigger than any tumor, He cares about you more
than any doctor and He knows how your body works because He made it. The scripture He gave me in 1999 was Malachi 4:2.
"But unto you that fear my name, shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in His wings and you shall go forth,
and grow up like calves of the stall".
Again I study this verse. To "fear my name" means to reverance that name, remember it is special and holy His names:
Messiah, my savior; Prince of Peace who gives me peace in the middle of this new struggle;  Bread of Life, my life;
the Great Healer, my healer, and the Great I Am. He has all power, all love, all caring, everything we need to live
abundantly. "Shall the Sun of rightheousness arise". "Righteousness" is the Lord God Almighty. The sun rises every morning. Because the
Lord put that sun there, we have heat, food, grass, flowers, trees, birds and butterflies. It is a new day, a day to be
strong in the Lord and His might. I will not kid you, this is a battle, a war for my life, for your life. The strength to do
this comes only from the Lord. "With healing in His wings" the special word, "healing". I believe after doing "cancer"
once and now again, "healing" is an on going process. Each day, I and you also, decide how we are going to spend
this day. He gives us the knowledge and strength do make correct choices to beat cancer, and any other disease
from the world and the devil. I did a study of "His wings" and I believe those are the tzitzit of Yeshua's
prayer shawl. As the woman in Luke 8:43 "touched the border of His garment" and was healed so shall I be healed
by reaching out to touch Yeshua and his garment. Watch a small child when they need you, "Mommy, Mommy," and
they cling to your clothes to get your attention? We need to cling to Him in the same way. "You shall go forth" reminds
me to go forward, I am not stopping at this point in my life. He still has work for me to do. "Grow up like calves of the
stall" is a statement that is important to me. Have you ever seen calves or lambs running and playing in the field, that
is the exburance He wants each of us to have every day. Joy, dancing, laughing, and jumping these are
the expressions of someone living past the first "death sentence" from cancer and now again. I don't know how any
more years I have, but I am not afraid of cancer. I have always known from the time the doctor called and told me
it was cancer, that it was not going to take my life. I know that God designed my body to be healthy and with
His help I will remain that way until He calls me Home. With His help, I will not let some disease rob me of the time
and work He has appointed me.

 I wrote this article the first of December, to let the body of Christ know that these diseases do not have to be
death sentences. Then on Dec 31, my husband of 30 years (almost) had a subarachnoid hemorrhage and spent the
month of January in the hospital, with 2 weeks in ICU. But that is another story of God's great miracles and I will write
about that soon.
